Job Summary
As an International Sales Executive at JKM Chemtrade, you will play a vital role in expanding our global presence and driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential export customers and importers, managing data analysis, maintaining effective communication, and contributing to the company's overall export strategy. Your role will involve collaborating with international partners, managing shipment processes, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.

Responsibility

  • Identify potential export customers and importers through various online platforms.
  • Conduct data analysis to understand product trends, country-specific demands, and customer preferences.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with customers through professional emails, phone calls, and digital media.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies to promote our products to prospects and existing customers.
  • Research and identify domestic suppliers or manufacturers for products.
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of export and import shipments.
  • Process EXIM documents and liaise with banking institutions for seamless transactions.
  • Manage different INCOTERMS such as FOB, CIF, DDP, DDU, Demurrage/Detention, etc.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with shipping forwarders and shipping lines to secure preferred rates for export markets.
  • Keep customers informed about shipment status, documentation, and payments.
  • Share insights and escalate key points from export reports for informed decision-making.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong written and spoken English language skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and organize complex shipment processes.
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent people skills and commitment to follow-up.
  • Knowledge of budget management, international trade, and taxation.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective customer interaction.

 

Training and Compensation

  • Three months training period with a stipend of 15k-20k INR per month.
  • After that Salary structure will be Basic Salary+ Incentives and the incentive will count overall Average of Performance of Sales.
  • Incentive scheme implementation to reward outstanding achievements.
  • Yearly increments ranging from 5% to 30% based on individual performance.
