We are expanding our global footprint and looking for a dynamic International Sales Executive to drive export business growth.
Job Summary
The International Sales Executive will be responsible for generating export revenue by identifying new international customers, managing relationships with global buyers, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. This is a revenue-focused role centered on business development and customer conversion.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new international customers, importers, and distributors.

Generate export leads through online and offline channels.

Understand country-specific market demand and customer requirements.

Prepare and present export quotations.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales orders.

Achieve monthly and quarterly export sales targets.

Maintain strong follow-up discipline to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Maintain accurate CRM updates in ERP.

Monitor customer payments and coordinate internally for receivable follow-ups.

Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business insights to management.

Build long-term strategic relationships with overseas buyers.
Qualifications and Skills

Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Proven interest in international sales and business development.

Good negotiation and relationship-building ability.

Understanding of international trade basics and INCOTERMS preferred.

Strong follow-up and result-oriented mindset.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Training and Compensation
The initial 1-3 months will be a probation period, with compensation finalized during the interview based on mutual discussion.
