We specialize in providing a wide range of raw materials and chemicals to various industries including Cosmetic, Food and Beverages, Agriculture, Aquaculture, Dyes and Pigments, Pharmaceutical, Home Care, and more. Our products use in diverse applications such as ketchup, confectionery, beverages, paint, dyes intermediate, shampoo.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling to the existing Customer for their requirements
  • Send Quotation via Email and B2B Portal
  • Responsible for selling Chemical Products and achieving forecasted sales budget.
  • Establish a network of clients to service the requirements of a particular target market as may be assigned by the Sales Head
  • Maintains customer rapport and build relations with customers.
  • Work with the Sales Head to increase the market presence and market share, achieve targeted figures and collect receivables.
  • Monitor the flow of sales operations of every customer, from sales ordering delivery and collection.
  • Follow up to the customer via Email, Phone Call, and related platforms.
  • Maintaining customer relationship
  • Find out prospect for the product with help of reference, surfing on internet etc. and convert it in customer.
  • Prepare Google worksheet of data analysis and reporting to the management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Written and spoken Hindi, English language skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and organize complex shipment processes.
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent people skills and commitment to follow-up.
  • Knowledge of budget management, domestic trade, and taxation.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective customer interaction.

Training and Compensation:

  • Three months training period with a stipend.
  • After training period salary structure will be basic salary+ Incentives. Incentive will count on overall performance.
  • Incentive scheme implementation to reward outstanding achievements.
  • Increments period is every 12 months based on individual performance.
