We are building a system-driven, ERP-based organization with a strong focus on structured growth and digital expansion. We are looking for a performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our lead generation and online presence.

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating qualified business leads, managing digital platforms, optimizing online presence, and supporting the sales team through structured lead distribution and digital campaigns. This is a performance-based, growth-oriented role directly contributing to company revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, website, and online portals
  • Manage inbound inquiries and distribute leads to the sales team
  • Track lead status and ensure proper CRM/ERP updates
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display)
  • Execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking
  • Optimize website content and update product listings
  • Manage company profiles on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
  • Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate website updates and monitor website analytics
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Google Ads & SEO
  • Experience in IndiaMART / TradeIndia handling
  • Understanding of LinkedIn outreach
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools
  • Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar)
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical and performance-driven mindset

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month
  • Cost per lead
  • Lead-to-conversion ratio
  • Website traffic growth

Training & Compensation

Initial 1–3 months probation period. Compensation based on experience and discussion.

Post probation:
• Fixed Salary
• Performance-based incentives
• Annual performance increment
